World NRI Council is a politically and religiously neutral, non-profit organization, under the approval and registration of Indian Corporate Affairs Ministry advocating NRI rights world over. The Council is an effort of NRI individuals with more than 25 years of overseas experience with their fair share of problems related to social as well as legal matters of being an Outsider.
We are the first of its kind Professional world body which functions as a Silent Guardian to watch over the issues and safeties of Non-Resident Indians around the globe. In need, the council becomes the driving force for an effective association between relevant government bodies and NRIs.
The council also educates and empowers the NRI community to build confidence and report problems and issues faced by them all over the world.
A business man in Healthcare Industry, Mr. Arun Govind currently heads ARHC Consultants (a Healthcare Consultancy Firm in India and GCC) as its Managing Director.
Mr. Arun was involved in community services in Bahrain since 2006 and was the Vice-Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer of Indian Community relief fund, Bahrain.
Mr. Sudheer Thirunilath is an Executive Secretary to Chairman @ Alwasel Group of Companies, Manama. In his extensive life abroad stretching over 24 Years, Sudheer has often found time to contribute to his NRI community by taking initiatives of Social Work
He has been a key contributor to Indian Community Relief Fund since 2013.
From the past 28 Years, Dr Rao, a Doctor in Philosophy has been serving Saudi Arabia in various roles latest being as a cardiac and Neuro Anesthesia Technician in King Khalid University Hospital Riyadh
He has been a key contributor to the hospital’s Department of Anesthesia. Dr. Rao has also been instrumental in translating “Bhagavad Gita” to Tulu language and writing a novel “Sooryana Sutta Ondu Sutt” in Kannada language.

Dr. Samir Pradhan is a seasoned professional based in the United Arab Emirates since 2007. He is currently working with Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). He obtained his M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and is credited with several peer-reviewed publications. Mr. CH. Rama Krushna Chary is an Environmental Professional at Kuwait Oil Company. He has been associated with American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) since 2009 to extend his volunteer support to Health, Safety and Environmental Professionals. He has served ASSE Kuwait Chapter as a President recently and present he is volunteering as a Secretary, Environmental Practice Specialty, USA and Advisory Committee Member, ASSE Kuwait Chapter.
Mr. Lalkumar M.S has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Management, Law and Human Resources. He holds a multifaceted career with vast experience in international business management & legal exposure into various multi-national corporate houses.
He is currently based in Doha, Qatar and works for Gulf Consolidated Contractors WLL (Wade Adams Group) in the capacity of Administration Manager and In-House Legal Counsel. He is a member of TRAQ since 2015. He is also associated with a cultural organization Thirumuttam and with GCC employees Grievances Redressal Body (GRB) as its Head.
